I have a Excel workbook that has extensive code to download the results of SSRS reports. I've been maintaining this code for years. I had to upgrade my computer to Win10/IE11 recently. The code used to connect to a URL and download the SSRS report without any user intervention. Now it asks ME to Open/Save each download.
